Meet The Chef
I have spent my entry career learning and honing my skills, from the best. Spending 9 years at St Charles Golf and Country Club, training under the watchful eye of my mentor Takashi Murakami C.M. In 2005 to 2008 I spent competing for Culinary Team Canada around the world, in Luxembourg (Culinary World Cup), Chicago, and Germany(Culinary Olympics). Then in 2009 I opened the Four Points by Sheraton Winnipeg South, while there I landed myself in Japan for a few weeks to train under Chef Kiba. In 2012 I left Winnipeg to become an Executive Chef for Celebrity Cruise Line, where I traveled the Mediterranean, and the Caribbean, learning at every port the flavours and spice of the Countries we stopped at. Once again in 2013 I was asked to join Culinary Team Canada to represent us in Switzerland (Culinary Coupe des Mondle), Luxembourg (Culinary World Cup), and Germany (Culinary Olympics). Now I want to bring everything I learned into your home.
